Training. Building the Best DJs.
We believe that a great DJ is made, not born. That's why we hire individuals who are not only exciting and passionate about music but also eager to learn and become part of our dynamic team. Our DJs begin their journey by shadowing seasoned DJs and working as assistants at events, gaining firsthand experience of what it takes to succeed in the field.
Our intensive 8-week DJ training program, led by our experienced and highly qualified staff, is designed to equip our trainees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. Throughout the program, trainees learn the art of DJing, from mixing and song selection to crowd engagement and event flow. At the end of the training, they must pass a rigorous test that involves performing in front of our leadership team. Only those who meet our high standards will earn the opportunity to join our Talent team.

Training doesn’t stop once our DJs make it onto our Talent Team. At LeForce, we believe in continuous growth and maintaining a culture of excellence. Our DJs are required to engage in ongoing education through monthly assignments and challenges.
