Dylan Topliff started in the music world in high school by helping to run sound for school functions and at his church. After enrolling at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Dylan began making competition mixes for the cheer and dance teams as well as working as a sound tech for university events and classroom installs.
It was through the UMHB sound tech position that Dylan met Jake Hans, who was already an up and coming DJ in Central Texas. After assisting on any event Jake would let him tag along, Dylan knew he wanted to become a mobile DJ. Dylan started working at the roller rink to earn money for the equipment he needed to start picking up his own events. After graduating from UMHB with a Bachelors in Christian Studies, he decided to join the LeForce Entertainment team to further his training and growth as a MC.
Dylan Topliff has a passion for weddings and loves to serve his clients. Always one to go above and beyond, Dylan loves being a trusted advisor and helping clients plan every detail of their special day.
What do you do with your free time?
When I am not DJing, I work at my church as a sound tech and I am very involved with my local YoungLife ministry.
What sport(s) do you follow?
Soccer. Specifically, Arsenal and Manchester United.
What’s your best attribute?
My willingness to serve in any and all aspects of the event. I will personally go out of my way to help any way I can.
Before today, what’s your favorite moment ever as a DJ?
DJing my cousin’s wedding. All my family was there and it was great to be able to show my family what I am passionate about.
